The house is made of light steel structure and rustproof color steel sandwich panel as wall and roof.
Two kinds of flooring system are available, one is steel chassis floor, the other is concrete foundation.

Contact your local Council to see if they require a planning permit.

Most country is no required for this portable house,In Australia,Only require permit when the house area more that 20m2.
